Abstract

This study aims to analyze the job satisfaction of the social workers and to identify the factors affecting the overall job satisfaction of Social Service Workers in Social Care Institution in Albania. According to the study the job satisfaction index (JDI) in case of social workers in Social Care Institution in Albania has six facets: Personal attitude- work engagement and satisfaction Benefit- financial and nonfinancial benefits Supervision- support and relationship Promotions possibilities- personal growth and carrier advancement Coworkers- team working Motivation- meeting expectations
