Abstract

The main aim of the study is the analysis of the verbal expressions using by the future teachers in the conflicts´ resolutions in the school environment. In the theoretical introduction, there are general definitions of the conflicts and conflicts´ resolutions possibilities by the communication in the school environment. The empirical part of the study contains the results of own empirical research. In the empirical research, qualitative methodology was used. The identification of the verbal communication expressions using by future teachers in the conflict situations resolution in the school environment was the aim of the empirical research. The respondents of the empirical research were 10 university students studying study program “teaching and educational sciences” in Slovakia. The semi-structured interview was using as a method of data collection. Collected data were analysed by open data coding. The results of the study identify verbal expressions such as “I would like”, “I know”, and “Let´s talk” as an effective way of the conflicts´ resolution for the researched future teachers. The conclusions of the presented study show that future teachers can express their interest in the conflict´s resolution by verbal expression in the interaction with the pupil in the school environment.
