Abstract

This paper focuses on the critical analysis and modeling of multidimensional synergy among key stakeholders (such as social workers, medical personnel, police, judiciary, and educational institutions) within the complex intervention process for addressing the Child Abuse and Neglect (CAN) syndrome. It emphasizes the need for an integrated and coordinated approach that transcends the scope of standard interprofessional cooperation, aiming to maximize child protection and the effectiveness of therapeutic and legal measures. Obstacles to effective synergy, such as insufficient communication, disparate protocols, and service fragmentation, are analyzed, and mechanisms are proposed to strengthen the coherence and sustainability of intervention strategies.
