Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) represents a groundbreaking technological progress in the 21st century, reshaping numerous fields of operation. AI involves mimicking human thought processes via computer-based systems, covering functions like experiential learning, rational deduction, issue resolution, data interpretation, and natural speech processing. Evolving from abstract ideas to real world uses in areas including corporate administration, travel services, staff coordination, tourism, medical care, and schooling, AI has significantly altered operational dynamics in enterprises and communities. AI today has profoundly impacted the way businesses and societies work. This research investigates the basic ideas, historical background, and advancements in AI, emphasizing its notable implementations in firms and companies across the Durrës area.
