Abstract

Since we are a country of law, an educated society, a state where the value is appropriate to each individual regardless of ethnicity, gender, religion, political beliefs, etc.. must analyze the requirements and European Union reports on the respect for the right on education, where no doubt the main one is their education by european standards. The Albanian state must show care on the right to education and it should be reflected in the laws , by-laws, international agreements and efficiently applying his educational policy . EU consistently assists the countries that wants to get the status of candidate country for designing policies, assistance mechanisms for their implementation and bring attention to other states that are now EU member countries of how that affected among other their educational policies as a condition that must be met to EU accession .
