The COVID-19 pandemic has severely impacted the global economy, and Albania has been no exception. This study aims to analyze Albania’s economic recovery process following the pandemic, evaluating the effectiveness of the policies and measures undertaken to support economic resilience. The research examines the impact of stimulus measures and foreign investments, as well as the role of key sectors such as tourism and construction in driving economic revitalization. The findings indicate a rapid recovery, with a GDP growth of 8.5% in 2021, thanks to supportive policies. However, inflation and global uncertainty continue to pose threats to economic stability. This study provides valuable insights for economic policymaking and offers recommendations for future strategies to address potential challenges and improve preparedness for future crises.
