Abstract

The aim of this paper is to show more about spending in general context, theoretical and factual. We have got data for a period of several years. When Public expenditures are mentioned, people immediately think about budget deficit. But our paper will go further and will not stop there, because when we say public spending we will think about: government, investments, income etc. We will see how budgeting and spending plans lead us toward a government success and nationwide success. “The need for reform in relation to their administration”. The fight against corruption, strengthening the rule of law, promoting economic development on one hand as priorities “written on papers” of Albanian government and on the other hand the long and difficult transition are two sides of the same coin that characterize the Albanian reality. “Prevention is better and cheaper than cure”. In Albanian reality, more than ever it is necessary to cure “existing wounds” such as corruption, informality, but also a great care must be taken to prevent various problems in budgeting and unspecified expenses. We also want to point out that the best management of household expenditures, business society, group, and state bring higher income and better life for the society.
