Abstract

Over the past decade, social and economic developments have undergone significant changes at a rapid pace. This has placed businesses and enterprises in general before challenges in maintaining their existence, development, and competitive level. To achieve these objectives, businesses must continuously adapt to production conditions and improvements in information technology within new market structures. It should be emphasized that the dynamics of adaptability are conditioned by the development and management of human resource performance. At a time when private enterprises increasingly direct their activities towards economic integration and globalization, the importance of human resource performance management becomes even more evident.
